Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! is reporting that the Pistons have signed 7-footer Aaron Gray to a multi-year deal. Gray has bounced around the league since being taken in the 2nd round of the 2007 draft, including stops in Chicago, New Orleans, Toronto and Sacramento. Gray played well under Pistons GM Jeff Bower for half a season in New Orleans in 2009-10, but has otherwise been an underwhelming performer. The signing likely means that the Pistons will release Josh Harrellson in the coming weeks before his contract becomes guaranteed on July 20th.
